2 pounds midsize potatoes, 100 g butter, fresh parsley chopped, sea salt, black pepper

Method

Clean and peel the potatoes, then cut in quarters and soak them for 10 minutes in cold water to remove some of the starches.

Discard the water and transfer the potatoes to your pressure cooker.

Fill with water until the potatoes are just covered. Then season the water with a few pinches of salt.

Stove-Top

Close the lid, bring to low pressure on high heat. Set the flame to low and start the timer counting 6 minutes. When the timer has expired turn off the heat source.

Release the pressure with the triggered release button. Wait until all pressure has released.
